Sol Haven Transitional Housing

Sol Haven is a transformational housing initiative by Sol of the Cities designed to support young people ages 18–24 as they move toward stability and independence. The program provides a safe, structured living environment paired with consistent expectations around personal responsibility, including maintaining sobriety, prioritizing mental health, and contributing positively to the shared space. Residents are supported with access to mentorship, workforce readiness, and life skills development, helping them build routines, income pathways, and long-term goals. Sol Haven is not just housing. It is a step toward independent living, where young people are equipped with the tools, structure, and support needed to move forward with stability and purpose.

Serve-To-Play 2026

June 27, 2026 -
July 25, 2026

We are excited to launch our 2026 Serve-to-Play season.

Join us every Saturday, plus one Sunday, at Johnson Sr. High School in St. Paul for a futsal league built differently.

Serve-to-Play uses service as a social currency. Each week, players give back to their community and earn the opportunity to compete on the court. No fees. Just commitment, accountability, and consistency.

The program serves youth ages 7–18 and includes:
• Weekly futsal matches
• Required community service projects
• Meals and basic support
• Mentorship and leadership development

Registration Update:
High school divisions are currently full. Middle school and intramural divisions remain open for registration.

Serve the Community

Give one hour of time each week.

Most of our programming is free, made possible through our serve-to-play model where young people earn access through community service.

Soccer For Success

Soccer for Success is the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s evidence-based program proven to help children establish healthy habits and develop critical life skills. It is offered at no cost to participants and their families. U.S. Soccer Foundation has partnered with the Sol Of The Cities, Major League Soccer and RBC Wealth Management to operate Soccer for Success in the Twin Cities – providing children in grades K-8 with free after-school programming.
